Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026 · Version 1.0

Flushable is a photo cleaner that runs entirely on your iPhone. This policy explains, in plain language, what that means for your data. The short version: we collect nothing.

Data we collect

None. Flushable has no servers and no accounts. It contains no analytics or advertising SDKs and no crash reporter that sends data anywhere. We can’t see who you are, what’s in your library, or how you use the app.

Your photos

Deleting photos

Flushable only deletes photos when you tap Empty the Bowl and confirm, and iOS asks you once more. Deleted photos go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where they stay for 30 days unless you remove them sooner.

Purchases

The free trial and the one-time unlock are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, email or payment details. Apple’s Privacy Policy covers those transactions.

Sharing a sit

The share card is an image made on your iPhone. It contains numbers — minutes sat, photos flushed, space cleared — and never any of your photos. It goes only where you choose to send it with the iOS share sheet.

Notifications

If you ask for a reminder before your free week ends, Flushable schedules a local notification on your iPhone. No push service or server is involved.

Children

Flushable isn’t directed at children under 13, and it collects no data from anyone.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data, there’s nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Everything Flushable stores is on your iPhone; deleting the app removes it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
