Terms of Use
Effective 28 September 2026 · Version 1.0
These terms cover your use of the Flushable app. Flushable is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to it. If they conflict, the Standard EULA wins.
1. The licence
Making Things grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Flushable on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store Usage Rules allow.
2. Free trial and unlock
- Flushable includes a 7-day free trial of every feature, started from inside the app.
- When the trial ends, you are not charged. Nothing renews automatically. To keep starting new sits, you can buy a one-time lifetime unlock (US $9.99, or the local price shown in the App Store).
- After the trial, even without the unlock, you can still browse your piles and empty the Bowl.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- The unlock is shared with your Family Sharing group.
3. Your photos, your decisions
Flushable suggests; you decide. Photos move to the Bowl only when you put them there, and they’re deleted only when you tap Empty the Bowl and confirm in iOS. Deleted photos go to Recently Deleted in Photos for 30 days. You are responsible for what you choose to delete. Keep your own backups of anything you can’t lose.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, and don’t use the share card to harass or embarrass anyone.
5. No warranty
Flushable is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be error-free, that its suggestions will be right for your photos, or that it will meet every need.
6. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Making Things isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the loss of any photo you chose to delete. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Flushable.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
