Restore a purchase
Open Flushable, go to the unlock screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy.
Family Sharing
The lifetime unlock is shared with your Family Sharing group. On a family member’s iPhone, open the unlock screen and tap Restore Purchases.
Flushable only sees some of my photos
You chose Limited Access. To share more, open Settings › Flushable › Photos and pick Full Access, or add photos to your selection.
Getting deleted photos back
Before you empty the Bowl, tap any Bowl photo in the recap to rescue it. After emptying, open Photos › Albums › Recently Deleted. Photos keeps items there for 30 days.
Turning off the flush sound
The flush plays only when the sit clock reaches 0:00. Turn it off, or stop it playing on Silent, in Flushable’s settings.
Keep it dry
Prefer no bathroom jokes? Turn on Keep it dry in settings: the Bowl becomes the Bin, Flush becomes Delete, and the flush becomes a quiet chime.
Why don’t the gigabytes match my iPhone storage?
Photos stored only in iCloud don’t take space on your iPhone, so deleting them frees nothing locally. Flushable marks them “in iCloud”. Emptied photos also keep using space until Recently Deleted empties.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
